Secure enclosing, card attaching and intelligent reconciliation.
In addition to our standard mailing facility, St Ives Direct has a dedicated secure room for any fulfilment project with significant value or which contains confidential information.
Our ISO27001 approved facility includes the following features:
• Restricted single swipe card access point for personnel
• Product transferred through double-gated cage (no forklift access)
• Separate locked roofed cage within secure area for storage of bulk material
• Security cameras with 24-hour recording monitoring the work area including tracking from Lasering, Finishing, Goods Inwards and Despatch
• Dedicated secure enclosers for volume flexibility and continuity
• Automated closed loop ‘read and match’ camera system with card application, allowing sequentially logged card and customer references to be tracked and reported on throughout the process
• Weight checkers on the end of the inserters, ensuring each enclosed pack has the correct inserts.
