Over the years, we’ve built an enviable reputation for creative consultancy within the DM marketplace. Working in close partnership with our clients and their agencies, we help resolve creative issues and maximise the visual impact of their promotional campaigns. We also provide a wide range of mailing house services - from pre-print through to response handling - including design, photography and other creative services, enabling us to handle complete campaigns on behalf of clients. Our success is based on advising them on what works and what doesn’t when choosing materials, photography, formats, packaging and sizes for mailing pieces – all backed by many years of experience.
Since the introduction of Pricing in Proportion (PiP) and more recently with sustainable mail, marketers have had to re-think the size, shape and feel of their mailings, particularly those involving incentive items. Our creative team therefore spends much of its time advising clients on alternative materials and design approaches aimed at increasing cost effectiveness while maintaining the impact of their DM products. We suggest ways to improve the ROI of each campaign and liaise with the Royal Mail or downstream access provider on our clients’ behalf with a view to making savings on postage through appropriate design.
